We endeavour to do three main things in our shipping policy: charge you, our customer, the bare minimum (we will never try to profit from shipping, as you will see from our rates), get your goods to you in the shortest possible time, and keep it simple. That's it!
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day on a next business day delivery service. Orders received after 3pm will ship the following business day. Order received on a Saturday after 3pm or anytime on a Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We are launching ShaftBox in the UK and initially purchases and shipments will be UK only. We do recognise that many customers from other countries would like to purchase a ShaftBox and to those we say: watch this space! If you sign up to our newsletter we will keep you informed of new country launches and other exciting news.

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund or exchange to the original payment method.
While we are still in the process of setting up an automated return system, please simply email email@example.com and we will get back to you within one business day.
Steps for Return if you have changed your mind about the product in the first 30 days:
You may return your product to us for a full refund as long as we receive the product within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply with an RMA and a UK return address. Label up your package and include the RMA number inside the box and mail it to the address we send you in the email. Please note that you will be liable to pay the return postage cost. Also note the exceptions list below. Thank you.
Steps for Return if you product has failed within 90 days of purchase:
If your product has stopped working within 90 days of the date of purchase, please email email@example.com. We will organize a replacement product and retrieve the failed unit, at our cost. Please do note the exceptions list below. Thanks.
Exceptions to our Returns Policy
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Returned items must have all original labels attached and be returned in the original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of damage or mis-use.
